We visited the largest European fair of packaging, technology and processing

As many as 788 exhibitors from 33 countries and more than 24,000 visitors from various industries gathered from September 28 to 30 at this year's FachPack fair. Among them was the PIS team - Krešimir Ćurković and Tomislav Jakopač. These are their impressions of the fair.

 

FROM THE ENTRANCE TO THE EXIT OF THE GOODS FROM THE WAREHOUSE

The FachPack has been held in the exhibition centre of Nuremberg, Germany for 40 years. It is the largest European fair of packaging, technology and processing, where it is possible to see packaging solutions for the needs of various industrial sectors. The fair covers the entire industry - from the entrance to the exit of goods from the factory. During the three-day event, solutions for packaging, processing and printing on packaging, all the way to logistics systems could be seen.


LIVE STREAM DEMONSTRATION

The key theme of this year's fair was environmentally friendly packaging. The program is divided into a main topic, PACKBOX and TECHBOX forums, booths, gathering places for the packaging industry and special shows for specific topics. Commenting on the fair, our Tomislav emphasizes the quality of the organization and the mini mobile studio. "The organizers went from producer to producer, who presented their innovations to the visitors of the fair in a live broadcast. In addition, at the stands you could communicate via webcam with a man who is in a remote hall and demonstrates the product you want to see. ”Some exhibitors were not directly there, but exhibited through their representatives.

 

SEE YOU NEXT YEAR

„We are at this fair for the first time. Considering that, we took all three days for the tour, but we realized that what we are interested in we can visit in a shorter period, so next year we will definitely go in a slightly shorter edition" - Tomislav concluded.
