LICENSING AND MAINTENANCE

The General Terms and Conditions for the Licensing and Maintenance of the IPIS+ Application shall apply to all agreements for the supply, licensing and/or support and maintenance of the IPIS+ application which PIS d.o.o., as the licensor for the use of the IPIS+ application and/or the provider of the maintenance services for the IPIS+ application, concludes with third parties as the licensees for the use of the IPIS+ Application and/or the clients for the IPIS+ application maintenance service, when their application is expressly agreed in the said agreements.
